Using transparent, open, and merit/need-based competitions, we offer awards for deserving students. The AS Foundation will identify and select young men and women from economically disadvantaged communities who have demonstrated the following:
Scholars will show initiative, value, learning and have the inner drive and stamina to complete all aspects of their education.
Scholars will become role models, mentors, and problem solvers, and will strive help others in their own pursuits of successes.
Scholars will have demonstrated a commitment to improving the members of their communities organizations.

Should have willingness to participate in neighborhood and community outreach activities for others in need.
