Rev. Dr. E.K.Gbordzoe
ChairmanReverend Dr. E.K Gbordzo is the Chairman of the Board Of Directors Of AS Foundation. He attended the West Africa Secondary School in Accra from 1966 to 1971 and continued to Presbyterian Training College, Akropong-Akwapim for Post Secondary Certificate ‘A’. His initial theological training was at Trinity Theological College, Legon, Ghana where he earned his Diploma in Theology. He obtained his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Virginia Union University, Richmond in the USA. Very Rev. Dr. Gbordzoe is known as a gifted evangelist who has the heart for winning souls for the Lord. This was evident in his early ministry life and continues till date. Very Rev. Dr. E.K. Gbordzoe is the immediate past Moderator of the Global Evangelical Church.
Col.(Rtd) Raymond Paschal Hatse
DirectorRising from humble beginnings at Awate-Todzi RC Primary School to become a decorated Colonel of The Ghana Armed Forces. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma & Certificate in Public Administration from Ghana Institute Of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA). He is a dynamic and highly trained Professional Officer with over 30 years of Military Service and experience all over the world. His most recent appointment was serving with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) as the Ghanaian Contingent Commander and Chief Military Personnel Officer (CMPO) UNIFIL. As Deputy Sector Commander in charge of operations at the United Nations Operations in La Cote D’Ivoire (UNOCI), he successfully coordinated security for the visit of the then United Nations Secretary General, Kofi Annan, to Yamoussoukro. He also served as the Senior Operations Officer in UNIFIL. His last appointment at the Headquarters of the Ghana Armed Forces was Director of Operations at the Department of International Peace Support Operations, (IPSO, Ghana Armed Forces, Headquarters).

Published over 50 articles in peer-reviewed local and international journals and attended several conferences, workshops and seminars worldwide.
Member of several Boards/Councils and committees of the University of Ghana, Ministry of Health, West African college of Physicians and several international organizations.
Membership of professional organizations include Ghana Medical Association., Association of Clinical Pathologists - Britain., Immunological Society of Ghana. West African Division of the International Academy of Pathologists, Sub-Sahara Africa Lymphoma Consortium, Team Based Learning consortium and African Organization for Research and Training in Cancer (AORTIC)

She has the capability to attract and secure key players in building strong and lasting business relationship. She has been recognized for decisive leadership and proven ability to face challenges and execute sound decisions.
William E. Koffie, Jr
Gen. Councel & AdministratorWilliam E. Koffie Jr is the General Counsel and Administrator of AS Foundation. Attorney at Law (U.S.)Born in Accra, Ghana. Educated in U.S. Graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX. Principal and Head Consultant of Koffie Consultant Group. Currently resides in both Chicago, IL and Accra, Ghana. Mr. Koffie greatly believes in the advantages that education can provide for adolescents. Throughout his life he has donated a lot of time to mentoring and speaking to disadvantaged youth, especially with the world renowned Bronzeville Black Star Project, a non-profit Organization dedicated to empowering children of color in the field of education. Prior to being an attorney, Mr. Koffie co-founded and acted as Executive Director of Holistic Nursing Inc. Also, he once served as a Junior Diplomat for the U.S. State Department in Southeast Asia. Consequently, he fully understands the challenges of what his homeland faces: hence, dedicated to making tremendous strides in terms of development and education for future generations.
Mr. Stephen Nartey
DirectorMr. Stephen "Anyemi" Nartey is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds a BSc. (Administration) from the University of Ghana Business School, an M.Phil (Development Studies) from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK; and studied for his Accountancy qualification (ACCA) at Chart Foulkes Lynch Plc, London. He has worked in Ghana, UK, Nigeria and Burkina Faso. He is very fluent in English and French. His work experiences include: Project Accountant for the Ghana Water and Sewerage Corporation (Accra, Ghana), Financial Controller and later Director of Administration and Finance of West African Health Community (Lagos, Nigeria), Director of Administration and Finance of West African Health Organization (Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso), and is currently the Commissioner for General Administration and Conferences at ECOWAS Headquarters in Abuja.
EMMANUEL MAC DEH
DirectorMac, as he is affectionately called, is a seasoned corporate banker with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry across the United Kingdom, Ghana, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia and United Arab Emirates amongst others. His specialty spans Corporate, Commercial, SME, Project Finance and Financial Institutions Credits. He worked with renowned banking entities such as Standard Chartered Bank Group and Barclays Bank Plc Group where he held various senior management positions.
He is a British Chevening Scholar and holds B.Sc Admin in Banking and Finance from University of Ghana Business School, M.Sc in Finance from Strathclyde Business School in the UK, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Finance from Middlesex University, UK. Professionally, he maintains membership of the following associations: Global Association of Risk Professional (GARP), Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE). Currently, he holds two professional qualifications namely CIFE (Certified Islamic Finance Executive) and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiners).
He is the President of Platinum Group of Companies in Ghana and the Managing Consultant of Platinum Consult Services DWC-LLC, a Banking Finance and Debt Advisory company, in Dubai, UAE.
Mac's main interest includes philanthropy through periodic support of Children / Deprived Homes, Churches, support for a number of students in various institutions across Ghana, Aquaculture and Banking Consultancy.
He is happily married to Eunice Esime Mac-Deh and blessed with 5 children namely Edinam, Setor, Fafa, Dzidzor and Edudzi.
